INCUBATION WITH PEROXIDASE SUBSTRATE FOR AMPEROMETRIC SIGNAL TRANSDUCERS
Different types of substances present in the air are trapped by the corresponding procedure, until they pass from the air phase to the liquid phase. In the liquid phase all the substances and molecules present in the air have been concentrated. By reacting the liquid phase obtained with the corresponding binding molecule (antibodies or DNA probes), it is possible to concentrate the analyte thanks to the magnetic field. Subsequently, the amount of analytes present is revealed using the corresponding procedure according to the transducer used.
